"Tickets arrived way too late"
My tickets came in much later than they should have, and I had to follow up twice just to get them. it felt like a preventable hassle.

"Booking felt a bit more complicated than it should’ve"
The booking process wasn’t terrible, but for what I was trying to do, it felt like there were way too many steps. Checkout got a little confusing, and I had to double-check things more than I expected. If you’re used to the site it might be fine, but as a quick booking, it was more annoying than it needed to be.

"Canceling took a bit"
Had to cancel my hotel. Refund wasn’t instant, took a few days. Support replied and got it sorted. Not perfect, but fair enough

"Event and hotel details were incorrect"
The event dates were wrong, so it made planning confusing. The hotel info also seemed outdated, which made it harder to know where I was actually supposed to stay.

"Looked cheaper at first, but the fees got me"
The site was easy to use, so no complaints there. But once I got to checkout, the price jumped because of extra fees. It wasn’t AWFUL or anything, I just wish they showed the real total earlier instead of waiting until the end

"I booked a show through lasvegas.com and..."
I booked a show through lasvegas.com and had to reach out to customer service about making a change. They did get back to me and sorted it out eventually, so it wasn’t a bad experience or anything. It just took longer than I thought it would, which was kinda stressful since it was tied to my travel plans. Overall it was okay, just wish they were a bit faster when people are waiting on stuff like that.

"Confusing and slow to use"
Well... I was frustrated using this. The pages were loading slowly, the filters kept resetting on me, and I couldn’t easily tell what was actually included. I had to click around way too much just to find prices, and on mobile it felt really clunky. I ended up giving up and looking somewhere else. For a simple trip search, it was way more annoying than it needed to be.
